Douglas S. Bramley practices all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, severance negotiations, non-competition and arbitration agreements, labor management relations and whistle blowing. He has wide-ranging litigation, arbitration and mediation experience and has participated in the trial and settlement of several multi-million dollar cases.

Mr. Bramley has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America and serves as a Sub-Committee Co-Chair of the NJSBA Labor & Employment Law Section.

Mr. Bramley graduated from the University of Richmond and received his law degree from Seton Hall University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
