Justin D. Burns is an Associate in McMoran, O’Connor & Bramley, P.C. He joined the firm in 2008 after being an Associate at Drinker, Biddle & Reath in Florham Park, New Jersey. Mr. Burns’ practice is dedicated solely to employment litigation. He represents employees in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, whistle blowing/retaliation, sexual harassment, breach of employment contract, covenants not to compete, severance negotiations, and labor management relations. Mr. Burns has participated in the trial preparation, mediation and settlement of several multi-million dollar cases.

Mr. Burns earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with honors, from Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University in 2004 and his law degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2007. While at Boston University School of Law, Mr. Burns was a Paul J. Liacos Scholar, an Edward F. Hennessy Scholar, a member of the Edward Stone Moot Court Program and the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Program.

Mr. Burns is a member of the New York, New Jersey and American Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
