Bruce P. McMoran

The firm is led by Bruce P. McMoran, who has over 30 years of experience in labor and employment law. Mr. McMoran has tried over 200 cases in federal and state court, arbitration and administrative proceedings. His experience is long and distinguished.

Mr. McMoran has repeatedly been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America® for labor and employment law. He has also been named as one of the Best Lawyers in New Jersey and one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Martindale Hubbell has given Mr. McMoran its highest rating (AV) and named him as one of the preeminent lawyers in the country.

Mr. McMoran has achieved among the highest jury verdicts in New Jersey for individual clients in employment cases, including jury verdicts of $8.4 million* and $5.3 million, and has been awarded membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He has taught employment law to judges at the New Jersey Judicial College and serves as Co-Chair of the Employment Law Trial Practices Sub-Committee of the NJSBA Labor & Employment Law Section. He has been on the faculty of the Practicing Law Institute’s Annual Institute on Employment Law, and regularly teaches on the faculty of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Douglas S. Bramley

Douglas S. Bramley represents employees and employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, severance negotiations, non-competition and arbitration agreements, labor management relations and whistle blowing. He has wide-ranging litigation, arbitration and mediation experience and has participated in the trial and settlement of several multi-million dollar cases. He has successfully challenged numerous arbitration and non-competition agreements and has appeared before the New Jersey Appellate Division.

Mr. Bramley has been selected as a 2006 New Jersey Rising Star by New Jersey Monthly Magazine, Super Lawyers and serves as a Sub-Committee Co-Chair of the NJSBA Labor & Employment Law Section.

Mr. Bramley graduated from the University of Richmond and received his law degree from Seton Hall University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
