$15 Million Recovered for Clients
In the first nine months of this year, the firm recovered more than $15 million for its clients. Settlements ranged from tens of thousands of dollars to over $5 million. The cases covered areas of law from age discrimination to whistle-blower cases to severance and employment contract disputes.
Appellate Division Upholds Jury Award To Fired Employee
The Appellate Division upheld a jury verdict for the firm’s client in an age discrimination case against AT&T. Following the Appellate Division decision, the case settled for more than $1.6 million.

All three of the principals of the firm, Bruce McMoran, Michael O’Connor and Douglas Bramley, have been named by their peers to Best Lawyers in America.®
In addition, all three received recognition from Super Lawyers in New Jersey. Bruce McMoran and Michael O’Connor were also recognized as Top Lawyers in the New York area.
Developments at the Firm
The firm recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. All of us are extremely proud of the work we have performed and the recoveries we have achieved for our clients. The three principals of the firm have more than 50 years of combined experience in employment law.
We are pleased to announce that in March 2008, Justin D. Burns, Esq. joined the firm. Justin is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey and graduated with an accounting degree from Rutgers University and a law degree from Boston University. He joined the firm from Drinker, Biddle.
